Apparel:

The processing time is 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS plus shipping. This means that your item will be made and packaged within 5-7 business days and will be dropped off at the post office by the 7th business day or available for pickup. First Class mail usually takes 2-5 days.

 

All Other Items:

The processing time is 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS plus shipping. This means that your item will be made and packaged within 7-10 business days and will be dropped off at the post office by the 10th business day or available for pickup. First Class mail usually takes 2-5 days.

Shipping Issues:

All items that are shipped through A Creative Measure are insured which is added into the shipping price when a product is purchased. If the purchaser receive an item that is damaged by the carrier, please reach out to us to complete the replacement process. Pictures and descriptions may be required from the purchaser.
